Avoid Parotta

I have started blogging as a restauarant owner and i sell about 200 parottas everyday. I am sure i would be right person to say "Avoid Parotta"
A parotta is an edible but parotta could not be a staple food. I have been witnessing parotta is being consumed by large and also exclusively. A parotta is little harm if it had been consumed occasionally like how we have sweats (rasagollas, jamuns, laddu, Etc). Excuse me if you eat sweats daily.
A Parotta once or twice in a month (strictly one at a time) with solid fiber content food such as Greens, Channa, Meat, could help you digest better. Also chew parotta untill it becomes juicy inside your mouth. Never take parotta in a hurry. Preferably take parotta in the lunch or evening snack, sure not in nights.
